Transportation Guidelines
✔ Transportation is available for scheduled BRB guests only
✔ Must be requested at the time of booking
✔ A responsible person must be present at pickup and drop-off
✔ We provide non-medical transportation only
✔ Guests must be able to enter and exit the vehicle with minimal assistance
✔ Mobility devices (walker or wheelchair) must be foldable
✔ Exact pickup windows are provided on the day of service
✔ Transportation fees are added to the stay invoice
✔ First 10 miles free, $1 per mile after
✔ Over 30 miles requires a custom quote in advance
🐝 Intake Requirement
✔ A completed intake form and emergency contact must be on file
before transportation can be scheduled
Transportation for Extended Stays (Over 24 Hours)
✔ Transportation to and from dialysis or scheduled treatments is available for guests with multi-day stays
✔ Treatment transportation must be scheduled in advance
✔ Appointment times must be provided at intake
✔ Guests must be able to enter and exit the vehicle with minimal assistance
✔ A responsible party or facility must be present at drop-off and pickup
✔ Wait-time transportation must be pre-approved
✔ Additional mileage fees apply beyond the included distance
